Welcome to Hallamshire Tennis and Squash Club, where we pride ourselves on being a members club dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and providing a friendly and welcoming environment.

Our friendly qualified gym instructors are on hand during peak times to provide you with the assistance you need. 

As a gym member, you are entitled to a personalised gym programme included in your membership, which can be reviewed every 6-8 weeks to help you reach your fitness goals effectively.

Looking for more personalised guidance? Our instructors offer affordable personal training sessions to provide you with individualised support and motivation.

Mondays: 7:00am - 9:30pm

Tuesdays: 7:00am - 9:30pm

Wednesdays: 7:00am - 9:30pm

Thursdays: 7:00am - 9:30pm

Fridays: 7:00am - 9:30pm

Saturdays:8:00am - 8:00pm

Sundays: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Our Gym staff are on duty during peak times.

Weekdays: 2:00pm - 9:30pm

Weekends: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Please note that over bank holidays  the gym may close earlier, please see our homepage for any upcoming seasonal hours.
