Introducing our exciting new line-up of gym classes designed to help you reach your fitness goals and unleash your full potential!


Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, we have something for everyone.


From our heart-pumping boot camp sessions to our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes and beginner-friendly intro to lifting sessions, there's a class to fit your needs and preferences.


Join us and experience the power of pushing your limits, building strength, and achieving your fitness dreams, regardless of your age or ability level. 

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.

class schedule may be subject to change, please check our activity bookings or contact reception.

If you are a Hallamshire member, booking for these sessions can be done through your Hallamshire account. Be sure to book as numbers available are limited.
