The Hallamshire Gym is proud to offer a coach-led session for Juniors aged between 10 and 15 years old, every Saturday during term time.

This expert class will give your child an opportunity to gain the fundamental and basic knowledge of fitness training within a gym. They will be shown how to use the gym in a safe but effective way while following a structured programme designed by one of our gym instructors. Our fitness professionals will be supervising the session to ensure your child's safety and correct use of facilities. The aim of the session is to equip your child with the foundations they need to train alone in a gym all while building on their current strengths. This is especially important while your child is still developing.

WE RUN TWO JUNIOR GYM SESSIONS EVERY SATURDAY AT THE HALLAMSHIRE.
SESSIONS ARE LIMITED TO 6 SPACES PER WEEK
IF YOUR JUNIOR WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THIS SESSION AND IS ALREADY A TENNIS OR SQUASH MEMBER OF THE HALLAMSHIRE PLEASE LOG INTO THEIR MEMBER ACCOUNT AND BOOK THE SESSION UNDER ACTIVITY BOOKINGS AT THE TOP.
SESSIONS FOR MEMBERS ARE £5 PER SESSION.
